2. Product Availability
We strive to ensure product availability. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you promptly and provide a refund or alternative options.

3. Prices and Payments

• All prices include applicable VAT by default. In case you live outside EU, we will deduct VAT before payment.
• We accept payments via Bank Transfer, but we also accept secure third-party platforms such as PayPal and credit cards.

4. Delivery

• We ship to Italy and internationally. Delivery times vary by destination.
• Shipping fees are communicated by email after the checkout.

5. Returns and Refunds

• You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or refund.
• Products must be returned in original condition.
• Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving the returned item.
